JOB DESCRIPTION
A local Banbury pharmacy is currently searching for a Pharmacist to join the team and help deliver exceptional health and wellbeing services to the community.
The pharmacy, which is close to local amenities, public transportation, and primary care providers, sees a high volume of foot traffic and a wide range of healthcare needs, dispensing approximately 17,000 items per month (including medical appliances) and offering a variety of NHS and private services such as seasonal vaccinations, blood pressure checks, minor ailment and healthy lifestyle support, and more.
As a Pharmacist, you will work alongside seasoned Dispensers and Technicians to provide an outstanding healthcare experience and contribute to new initiatives, allowing you to focus on providing superior care to individuals of your community.
You will have access to excellent CPD options, like as skill training and assistance with further education, including the opportunity to obtain your Independent Prescribing certification if appropriate.
This is a permanent, full-time position for a Pharmacist; the shop is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (no Sundays).
An exceptional candidate may be eligible for work visa sponsorship.
Person Specification
- (Required) A GPhC-accredited MPharm degree or its equivalent.
- (Required) Pharmacist registration with the GPhC.
