JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipe instructions and quality standards.
– Set up stations and fill them with the essential supplies.
– Make certain that food is prepared on schedule.
– Adherence to proper food safety and sanitation practices
– Assist with kitchen and work area cleaning and organisation.
– Work with the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant runs well.
Experience:
– Previous experience as a line cook or in a comparable position is preferred.
– Understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation methods
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– The ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while paying close attention to detail.
– Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Full-time employment
Salary: Starting at £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Ten-hour shift
- Twelve-hour shift
- Eight-hour shift
Experience:
- Chef experience: 2 years (recommended).
- Cooking experience: 2 years (recommended).
- 1 year of kitchen experience is ideal.
Ability to Commute:
- Hindhead (mandatory)
Ability to Relocate:
- Relocation is required before starting job.
