JOB DESCRIPTION
”’Duties”’
– Work on construction projects such as plumbing, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work.
– Fabricate and construct structures using hand and power equipment.
– Set up and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
– Apply finishes to buildings and paint surfaces
– Ensure that building codes and regulations are followed.
– Work with teammates to finish tasks on schedule.
”’Qualifications”’
– Demonstrated experience as a builder or in a related function
– Skilled in a variety of building trades such as plumbing, carpentry, masonry, roofing, electrical work, and painting.
– Experience with hand and power tools
– The ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings.
– Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
– Superior problem-solving abilities
– Physical endurance and the capacity to work in a variety of weather situations
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Full-time and permanent positions are available.
Hourly wage: £12.00-£19.60
