Sanctuary Personnel is happy to be a leader in hiring people from a variety of backgrounds. We believe that our pool of candidates is a good reflection of the clients that candidates will be working with. And this was a big reason why they won “Best Candidate Care” at the Recruiter Awards and made it to the finals twice for the same award. It is very important to Sanctuary that the connections it builds with candidates and clients support Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). All of Sanctuary’s workers, including recruitment consultants, take EDI and other compliance training courses online once a year. This makes Sanctuary the best company to run a fair and thorough hiring process.

You should let the hiring manager or someone you work with know right away if you think you have a disability or need a fair adjustment during the hiring process or at work. With this information, we’ll be able to give you the right kind of help throughout the process and during your work job.
