Automation Project Engineer: BMS/EMS/Process Control.
To £70,000 plus bonus, pension, and healthcare

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Automation Project Engineer to join the Central Engineering Team of a major pharmaceutical firm in County Armagh.
The Automation Project Engineer will be in charge of delivering GAMP 5-compliant projects involving building automation and process control.
Responsibilities:
- Apply understanding of automation systems to oversee specification, design, and installation projects.
- Commission, update, and change automation systems such as Building Management Systems, Environmental Systems, and Process Control.
- Specify and review the equipment specifications and installation.
- Act as a point of contact and manage third-party contractors.
- Provide technical instruction for the use of new and existing automation equipment.
- Assist in developing automation standards and identifying new technology.
Requirements:
- HND/Degree qualification in a relevant engineering subject.
- Experience completing electrical installations in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in system definition, design, installation, commissioning, and project management of utility equipment.
- Knowledge of building and environmental management systems such as Eurotherm Wonderware, Schneider, and Cylon.
- Experience with Emerson Delta V DCS
- Experience in Field Instrumentation
- Excellent communication skills—both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail.
