Summary
We are looking for a Skilled Electronic Component Technician who specialises in problem detection and electronic component debugging on Printed Circuit Boards used in various Avionics Civil and Military systems.
You might be part of a growing team that collaborates to meet customer deadlines and create a functional universe.
Our goods are made up of many PCBs; you will be responsible for diagnosing the product at the board level and using schematics to detect faults at the component level.

Roles and responsibilities:
Role Summary:
- Understand unit failures and isolate problems to identify the fundamental cause.
- Working as part of a cooperative and communicative team to meet daily and weekly commitments to the business and the client
- Conducting engineering reviews and analysing patterns to identify process/supplier concerns and enhance yield
- Ensure traceability and compliance when working on goods and problem solutions both solo and as a team, if needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Experience and/or necessary credentials in troubleshooting at the component level on PCBs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
- Able to apply yourself to everyday manufacturing metrics.
- Participate in lean and other projects.
- Support the operational delivery needs.
- Work in teams and independently to meet delivery targets.
- Complete the manufacturing papers and job cards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
It is necessary to have relevant qualifications and/or experience comprehending schematics in order to detect defects on PCBs down to the component level.
