As part of Olia Property Maintenance, you will be responsible for optimising the property maintenance process to assist our clients in navigating the property market’s specific problems and needs. Our dedication to excellence, diligence, and a customer-centric approach distinguishes us in the industry. With Olia Property Maintenance, you will be part of a team devoted to increasing the value and functioning of our clients’ properties.

To provide great necessary services, this position requires flexibility and versatility.

We are now looking for individuals with a diverse range of experience in providing basic property maintenance services like as flooring, woodwork, painting and decorating, Airbnb maintenance, gardening and landscape, and plumbing.

 

What will the successful candidate do?

 

  •  Regularly inspecting clients’ properties.
  •  Routine maintenance activities include roof repairs, wall painting, and door and skirting board installation.
  •  Responsible for both simple repairs and maintenance, as well as full-time contract work.
  •  Perform small planned and responsive repairs utilising basic trade skills such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brick and block work, external works, and finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating.
  •  Managing material requirements for the job.
  •  Perform plastering repairs with appropriate materials and surface finishing processes.
  •  Perform remedial painting and decorating.
  • Implement control measures in compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

 

Who are we searching for?

 

You have strong joinery experience.

Task comprises, but is not limited to:

1. Flooring – Installation of laminate and vinyl flooring

2. Doors and latches installed.

3. Window Blinds – on-site installation and supply only.

4. Mount plasma or LCD TVs on any wall or TV stand.

5. Light fixtures supplied and installed.

6. Complete kitchen fitting.

You have painting and decorating experience.

 

Task comprises, but is not limited to:

1. Paint the interior and outside.

2. Decorating Services

3. Wallpapering.

4. Plaster and render.

You have plumbing experience.

 

Task comprises, but is not limited to:

1. Burst pipes.

2. Leaking taps.

3. Toilet Repair

4. Complete bathroom fitting.

You have landscaping and gardening experience.

 

Task comprises, but is not limited to:

1. Patio Laying.

2. Decking.

3. Fencing

4. Artificial grass.
