Our client, HOLLYWOOD CANDY WHOLESALE LTD., situated in Leicester, is a well-established firm that is constantly expanding due to increased demand in the area. HOLLYWOOD CANDY WHOLESALE LTD operates a business that sells American confectionaries, sweets, soft drinks, snacks, and other items. Our company is expanding, so we require a Marketing Executive to assist our growing staff. This entails developing ways to boost lead creation, expand the client database, and grow the firm in order to provide a high quality of service. The ideal applicant will have extensive marketing expertise and understanding, as well as a background in sales. This will help us generate revenue for the growth of the firm.


Duties and responsibilities

• Establish defined marketing objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and budgets.

• Develop engaging and relevant marketing content, such as blog entries, articles, videos, infographics, and social media updates.

• Conduct extensive market research to better understand industry trends, client demands, and rivals.

• Use market data, customer behaviour, and competition strategies to discover opportunities and dangers.

• Create and implement integrated marketing initiatives across many platforms, such as internet, social media, email, print, and events.

• Manage the company’s online presence, which includes its website, social media profiles, and online advertising.

• Contact clients and enhance sales by displaying various sales strategies and promotions.

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and segmentation.

• Track the progress of promotions/offers and report results to the Directors in order to proactively establish controls to improve.


Desired qualities and attributes.

• A degree or diploma in marketing or business administration, with marketing experience.

• One to two years of experience as a Marketing Executive would be preferred.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong understanding of market research approaches.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with marketing efforts.

• A thorough understanding of strategic planning ideas and marketing best practices.

• Inventory, sales, delivery, and market awareness.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Degree or diploma in sales and marketing, as well as appropriate work experience in equivalent areas.

Sponsorship may be provided to the deserving candidate.

Salary ranges from £25500 to £27500, depending on experience.
