We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our fantastic team as a Support Worker or Care Assistant; prior experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
What you will do:
- Using the instruction offered, aid people we support with daily duties.
- Be available to support in day-to-day life, such as social visits, family visits, and trips to some fantastic, nearby sights.
- Keeping documentation up to date to ensure that everything is captured for each person living in the home.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, families, and other organisations to support persons who live at home.
What we want you to be able to do:
- Strong communication skills.
- Takes pleasure in working with vulnerable individuals and takes safeguarding obligations seriously.
- Effective decision-making and judgement.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Meets all Health and Safety regulations.
