For its Biomechanics and Structural Testing Laboratory, the Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a highly qualified, flexible, and self-driven Technical Expert (BSTL).
The chosen candidate will be in charge of direct supervision of all lab users as well as technical assistance and support for our undergraduate students, academic and research staff, and other users in the workshops and labs of the BSTL. Together with using and maintaining materials and structural testing equipment, you will be skilled in the safe operation and usage of a variety of biomechanics laboratory equipment. The position holder will also provide technical help and guidance for the design, production, and upkeep of specialized rigs, tools, and parts used in the BSTL facilities.
