In this role, you will have the chance to lead and develop a team of nursing staff while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy Children’s Emergency Department. This is a demanding but highly rewarding position that will require strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and in-depth knowledge of urgent and emergency care, as well as operational management skills.
