Job Summary

A position has opened up for a multi-skilled technician with experience to join Stepping Hill Hospital’s on-site maintenance team.

Main responsibilities of the job

The position holder will be responsible for performing both reactive and scheduled maintenance on the electrical systems and distribution throughout the Trust’s facilities, including specialized medical equipment like IPS and UPS.

The multi-skilled position will include some basic mechanical labor, as well as the expectation to provide extra support to other disciplines and assume maintenance responsibility for systems and equipment such the lifts, BMS, and pneumatic tube system.
