Leading the team through the necessary training and development of all restaurant workers will be part of the responsibility. to guarantee that all training records, including those for health and safety, are maintained current. We are searching for a well-organized and effective manager who can inspire the team to provide great customer care to our visitors and come up with novel ways to guarantee that all criteria are being met.

Essential Duties of a Restaurant Manager:
● In order to preserve our 4 Red Star rating by striving for a five Red Star standard, we must consistently deliver the greatest level of guest service in the restaurant.
● To serve as the top management team’s “host” in the lounges, serving as a prominent and charismatic figurehead.
● To oversee the restaurant’s efficient operation while swiftly and skillfully adapting to customer demands and market developments.
● Keeping an eye on all restaurant operations to ensure not only the best customer service, but also exceptional product knowledge.
● To always uphold the greatest levels of leadership, honesty, and devotion in all of your business dealings, serving as an extraordinary and professional representative for the hotel and the larger Elite group.
