Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic/Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both diesel and petrol engine repairs, including engine overhauls, timing chain and belt replacements, and clutch and gearbox replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual vehicle inspections and carry out mechanical/ MOT repairs to the required standards
  • Diagnose electrical issues using various testing devices
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using both hand tools and power tools
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues such as engine, ABS, and airbag light activation
  • Carry out DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) regeneration using different methods

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mechanic and electrician
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic machinery
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in repairs and installations
