Job Description

Job Title: Therapy Support Worker

Location: Specialised Day Services, Derbyshire

As a Mental Health Practitioner working within a Specialised Day Services setting, you will be dedicated to supporting older adults experiencing mental health challenges, including both organic and functional disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and facilitate group interventions for both patients and carers dealing with organic and functional mental health issues.

Support group work sessions for older adults with mental health diagnoses, as well as their carers.

Maintain accurate and timely records using System One.

Work independently while receiving guidance from qualified staff.

Undertake various administrative duties related to patient care, including phone calls and other clerical tasks.
