Residential Casual Care Assistant

Do you desire to truly and positively impact the lives of seniors? We are now hiring for the position of Residential Casual Care Assistant and are searching for persons to join our team who share our values, attitude, and behaviours.
As a casual employee, you will be expected to replace existing staff members’ absences and sick days.
You can put in up to 37 hours a week in this position. Shift patterns range from 08:00 to 15:30, 15:30 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 08:00 at night.
In Lancashire, our dedicated staff cares for more than 1,000 adults. It operates 16 care facilities and 13 day centres where the staff helps senior citizens, those with dementia, and their families. Recent recognition for our dedication came in the form of the national Customer Service Excellence Standard.
We provide all the instruction and assistance you require to realise your best potential. We’ll start by helping you with your induction. You will receive the Care Certificate as part of your thorough orientation programme. Additionally, we’ll pay for your instruction and provide chances for advancement!
