The Corporate Reporting Unit at the University’s Finance division is in charge of tax, treasury, income and cost allocations, budgeting and forecasting for the University Group, and statutory and regulatory financial returns.

Important Duties Are

Our team is looking for a Finance Assistant to support our Corporate Accounting Services function. This person will be a vital member of the team.

● Being in charge of a variety of income-generating tasks, such as the monthly reconciliation of important accounts and the examination of large monthly variations

● assisting with the team’s daily income job and making ensuring that no transactions are posted, matched, or allocated more than one day late.

● accountable for ensuring that all discrepant bank statement/cashbook entries are looked into and resolved.

● guiding the finance assistant for online distance learning (ODL)

● helping the resource accountant out when help is needed
