About You

Sponsorship for a skilled worker visa is available to applicants who have at least two years of relevant experience and are currently residing in the UK. If you don’t reside in the UK, do not apply; we are unable to accept your application at this time.

As a Care Assistant working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, I am accountable for our residents’ social, emotional, and physical needs. helping residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

Delivering care that is heartfelt in its delivery. Keeping our clients’ dignity and sense of identity intact as they participate in everyday activities at the care facility is important. And you’ll always put their needs first, whether you’re assisting someone with limited mobility in learning to use a device, providing emotional support to a person who is lost or upset, or providing end-of-life care.

Everyone is responsible for protecting others, therefore it’s critical that you can identify the warning signs of potential abuse, damage, or neglect in all of its forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All coworkers are obliged to complete further training in related fields as well as the safeguarding training suited to their employment.
