JOB DESCRIPTION

At Liaise, we are inspired by our principles of positive, progressive, and personal assistance, and we are looking for assistance Workers who share our aim of ensuring that every person we support lives a happy, purposeful life. We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our fantastic team as a Support Worker or Care Assistant; prior experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

 

What you will do:

  • Using the instruction offered, aid people we support with daily duties.
  • Be available to support in day-to-day life, such as social visits, family visits, and trips to some fantastic, nearby sights.
  • Keeping documentation up to date to ensure that everything is captured for each person living in the home.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues, families, and other organisations to support persons who live at home.

 

What we want you to be able to do:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Takes pleasure in working with vulnerable individuals and takes safeguarding obligations seriously.
  • Effective decision-making and judgement.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Meets all Health and Safety regulations.
