What You will Do
- Proactively identify and address the health needs of children, young people, and their families in Derby City.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering evidence-based practices and supervising staff to ensure top-notch care.
- Champion safeguarding, working hand-in-hand with statutory and voluntary organizations to build a seamless 0-19 public health network.
- Drive service improvements by incorporating user feedback, adapting to new methods, and partnering with management to meet our goals.
- Promote integrated systems and innovative ways of working to better serve our community.
Based in a multidisciplinary team in Derby City, you’ll showcase strong leadership, support your colleagues’ growth, and stay adaptable in a changing environment.
