Role Overview
In this position, you’ll support the kitchen lead as an essential part of the behind-the-scenes operations. Your focus will be on crafting and restocking food items, ensuring top-notch presentation, and upholding hygiene standards to delight our guests and make them feel welcomed, refreshed, and ready for their adventures.
Key Duties
- Oversee the kitchen space in the lounge, keeping it clean, secure, and well-organized.
- Whip up a variety of warm and chilled dishes for our self-serve buffet areas.
- Uphold high standards in food quality and display by adhering to established guidelines, delivering reliable excellence every time.
- Handle, store, and package ingredients properly to maintain freshness and safety.
- Adhere strictly to our food safety protocols throughout all activities.
- Track and log temperatures for heated items and refrigerated storage as per procedures.
- Pitch in with other kitchen tasks as needed to support the team.
- Take on additional reasonable assignments from site managers when required.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a busy kitchen environment focused on food regeneration.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the culinary and service sector.

- Proficiency in following instructions while adapting to changing situations.
- Availability for flexible shifts from 3:30 AM to 9:00 PM, any day of the week.
