Position summary
Serve alcoholic food and drink courses for guests. Set the table according to the type of standard event and service. Answer questions about menu choices. Communicating with the kitchen about menu questions, long wait, residential areas, and product availability. Communicating additional food requirements, allergies, food needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in a micros system at the time of order. Check -in with guests to ensure satisfaction with every food and/or drink courses. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, China, glass, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing tasks, including restocking items, turn off the lights, etc. Present physical and accurate checks for guests and payment processes.
Follow all policies and procedures for safety and security and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to managers; and complete safety training and certification. Make sure the uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of ownership information, and protect the company’s assets. Welcome and admit all guests according to company standards, anticipate and handle guest service needs, help individuals with disabilities, and thank the guests with sincere appreciation.
