First City Recruitment, part of the First City Group, is looking for Care Assistants / Support Workers to work as agency personnel in Swindon and the surrounding regions. This position is excellent for experienced Care Assistants seeking full- or part-time flexible work.

We are searching for trustworthy, empathic, and caring individuals, preferably with 6 months of recent UK care experience, to join our friendly and professional staff. Our comprehensive induction training programme is ideal for people looking to gain the skills required to offer exceptional care. We’re looking for employees with the proper beliefs and behaviours who can assist us ensure that our workplace principles are central to all we do.

 

You will help clients with some of the following:

  • Nursing Care
  • Elderly
  • Dementia Care
  • Palliative Care
  • Day Care
  • 1-1 Support
  • Learning Difficulties
  • Challenging Behaviour

 

Location: Swindon and adjacent places.

Weekly pay ranges from £11 to £14.60 per hour (plus vacation pay) and is paid every Friday.

Salary: £11.00-£14.60 per hour, including vacation pay. Paid weekly
