With our app, you can tell us what days you’re free for the month or week, and we’ll schedule your shifts around those times. You decide when you want to work and pick the shift schedule that works best for you.

We pay very well, and it depends on where you live and how much experience you have. You get a bonus every year you work for us, including a bonus for referring new employees. Holiday pay is also included in your salary. We provide uniforms and pensions for regular employees. There is parking on-site, and our staff gets six months of training every year to keep them sharp.

We need you to have worked as a Care in healthcare for at least three months. A Care certificate or an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care is preferred but not required. You must also be ready to go through training. You need to be able to work in the UK.

For the right person, sponsorship can be given (subject to rules). Tier 2 sponsorship is open for applicants from other countries.

Personal care training, feeding and cleaning patients are some of the other things we look for. Being able to group work, Being able to do things on your own, being aware of health and safety, and getting satisfaction from helping other people.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our clients want you to get a vaccine or take an LFT before you can come on to their area.
