Summary

We are searching for compassionate, ambitious individuals to join our fantastic team as Senior Support Workers or Senior Care Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant to advance their career.
What you will do:
As a Shift Leader, you will provide support and supervision to your workforce.
Assist in developing everyday living skills.
Identifying and addressing individual needs
Establishing and maintaining relationships with service users, personnel, and the local community.
Awareness and compliance with all statutory obligations, policies, and procedures
Maintain the current record-keeping systems, and contribute and create reports for meetings as needed.
What we want you to be able to do:
Strong communication skills.
Respects vulnerable individuals and prioritises safeguarding. Demonstrates effective decision-making and judgement.
Strong planning and organisation skills.
Successfully achieved QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
2 years of professional experience in health care is preferred.
Meets all Health and Safety regulations.
