Responsibilities:
– Manage the store’s day-to-day operations, such as sales, customer service, and inventory.
– Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profits.
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing complaints, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
– Train and oversee retail employees, including offering advice, coaching, and performance reviews.
– Build and maintain good client connections to encourage repeat business.
– Track and analyse sales patterns, market circumstances, and competition activity to find growth prospects.
– Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, such as inventory control, cash management, and safety measures.
Experience:
– Previous experience in store management is essential.
– Excellent phone etiquette for handling client concerns and resolving difficulties.
– Proven ability to increase sales and exceed targets.
– Strong organisational abilities to manage inventories, timetables, and shop operations.
– Leadership qualities for motivating and inspiring a team of employees.
– Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance management.
– Sales management experience, including a track record of meeting sales targets.
– Capable of successfully managing time and prioritising activities in a fast-paced atmosphere.
– Fluency in two or more languages is advantageous.
