About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will receive 40p per mile, a free uniform, a free DBS check, life insurance, RAC coverage, a paid three-week introduction programme, guaranteed contracts, defined work schedules, paid travel time, and excellent compensation.

This community-based Home Care Assistant work will serve clients with a variety of requirements, including personal care in their own homes; you must have a UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
Our Home Care Assistant function is flexible, and we provide care to our clients between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., as well as 4 p.

Our Home Care Assistants receive –
– £11.50 per hour during the week, £13.50 per hour on weekends.
– Full and part-time positions available

Key responsibilities of Home Care Assistants include:
– Identifying our clients’ needs and abilities and giving them with personalised attention and encouragement.
– Helping with medication, meal preparation, and household services.
– Assist with community visits (shopping and leisure trips)
– Maintain regular communication with the office support personnel.

About You:
– Do you want to positively touch the lives of our clients?
– Do you have any previous experience? This is not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
– Do you hold a UK driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle?
– Do you have business insurance on your vehicle, or are you willing to purchase it?
– Are you flexible with your working hours and available to work every other weekend?
– Can you work alone and as part of a team?
