Job Title: Boutique Leader (Store Manager).

Position Summary
We are seeking for an exciting and empowering Boutique Leader. Responsible for the Boutique’s daily operations, you will promote our culture of elevated customer experience, empower your team to convey our brand purpose, vision, and stories to surpass every customer’s expectations, and maximise the boutique’s commercial performance.

- Take responsibility for the boutique’s overall business success.
- Promoting a culture of exceptional service and a positive customer experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is enhanced.

- Inspiring your colleagues to achieve their full potential by being helpful, compassionate, and setting a good example.
- Strategic planning and implementation of corporate goals with internal and external stakeholder management.
- Developing local partnerships with other stores and businesses.
- Providing a local calendar of events to increase brand exposure and engagement with our existing client base.
- Responsible for the safe and compliant day-to-day operations of the boutique.

We are searching for a Boutique Leader to assist us continue our retail expansion and success.
- You will have experience working in the retail sector as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager, but we are willing to consider those with a different background who have the necessary skill set.
- You’ll have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service through your communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You’ll be able to quickly establish strong, collaborative relationships with your client base, and you’ll be eager to support and push them as needed.
- Previous experience making crucial decisions and developing action plans to achieve results.
- Previous line manager experience and understanding of HR best practices.
