Female Care Assistant (Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship- UK Only)

Location: London

 

 

We are in desperate need of a Care Assistant / Care Worker for one of our clients.
Care Assistants are needed for a National Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Care Provider who is currently searching for a large number of Care Assistants to join their growing team!
You will be assisting vulnerable adults in the community with all elements of their daily living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and meal times, as a Care Assistant/Care Worker. For the appropriate candidate, this role can be extremely rewarding.

Ideally, you will have worked as a care worker/assistant in a hospital or nursing home. However, if you have comparable experience and the necessary personal traits to work in patient care, we can provide the necessary training.

 

*** DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR*** *** YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH***

This employment will entail providing personal care for female clients, therefore we can only accept female applicants due to the nature of the position.

 

Duties:

 

  • Client visits and transportation between houses to offer care

 

  • On a daily basis, assisting customers with personal and household care.

 

  • Ensuring that the customer is at ease in their own home

 

  • Making charts or recording notes for others to read

 

  • Giving service users companionship and supportive listening

 

  • Observing and reporting any changes in the service user’s health or status

 

  • Responding to crisis situations

 

  • Medication prompting and administration

 

 

Requirements;

 

Candidates that are qualified will have:

 

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, as well as the ability to operate with little supervision, are required.

 

  • A strong desire to provide customers with the best level of care and assistance.

 

  • Must be someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

 

  • You must have a positive, can-do mentality as well as a kind and helping approach.

 

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail are required.

 

  • You must possess a full UK driving licence.

 

  • You will be subjected to an enhanced DBS check.

 

  • 6 months of work experience is required (trained candidates will be provided).
