• Orthopaedic Ward Senior Staff Nurse
• Tier 2 Sponsorship is available for a private hospital in London.

Are you a seasoned Senior Staff Nurse with a strong interest in orthopaedic care? A highly experienced and motivated Senior Staff Nurse is needed to join our Orthopaedic Ward team at our premier private hospital in London. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in the Orthopaedic Ward with superior nursing care, guaranteeing their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

• Patients’ conditions are monitored and assessed, and drugs and therapies are administered as needed.

• Document patient information accurately, including observations, interventions, and outcomes.

• Foster a pleasant learning environment by mentoring and supporting junior nursing workers.

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

• Experience as a Staff Nurse in an orthopaedic environment is required.

• All areas of orthopaedic care, including pre- and post-operative care, fracture management, and mobility aid, must be shown.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to form close bonds with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Fluency in English, as demonstrated by a score on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) that meets the NMC standards.

• Completion of the Nurse Computer-Based Test (CBT).

• Keep a copy of the NMC decision letter.

• You must not be a resident of a nation on the red list.
