Job Description

 

This is a new position at Henley Business School, University of Reading, that focuses on increasing and maintaining interaction with the Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF), from prospective students to senior industry experts.

Delivering on the three pillars of the RREF strategy, the postholder will create and implement a high-quality and meaningful engagement plan that improves our networks and produces more support for the Foundation.

This role reports to the Head of Network & Engagement and is in charge of engagement activities such as face-to-face and online events, content creation and dissemination, and an active social media presence aimed at retaining existing donors, increasing engagement, and supporting fundraising activities.

 

You’ll have:

  • Excellent organising skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong focus on the customer and the capacity to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at every level
  • Proven experience in planning, organising, and promoting successful, high-profile initiatives in a marketing or events context.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
