Summary

Chef required for an Indian restaurant.
As the Chef, you will be in charge of all kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, and crew management. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary experience and exceptional leadership abilities.
Duties:
– Develop and execute meals in partnership with the restaurant management team.
– Direct and organise all food preparation activities.
– Make certain that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
– Teach and advise kitchen personnel about proper cooking methods and food safety measures.
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
– Customer satisfaction.
– Keep up with industry developments and integrate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Chef in a large restaurant or hospitality organisation.
– A thorough understanding of culinary techniques, flavour profiles, and food safety standards
– Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to encourage and inspire a team.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £26000.00 to £38000.00 per year.
