We are recruiting for one of Australia’s finest restaurant groups. Since their start, their restaurants have become institutions in their own right, with some winning one or two chefs’ hats.
The company is set to expand with additional openings in 2024 and 2025, marking a new phase of expansion.We need Restaurant General Managers with international experience, great managerial skills, and exceptional customer service to join our team in Australia.
Their portfolio includes active sites with over 700 covers in premium dining environments. Restaurants range from casual and trendy pizza to fine dining European and Japanese cuisine.As a result, we are looking for managers who have previously worked in busy, premium dining venues on an international scale, providing best-in-class service.

About you…
- Requires at least 3 years of management experience, such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or higher-level positions.
- Currently employed as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Operations Manager at a premium dining/fine dining establishment in the UK or Europe.
- Your CV should show clear career advancement as well as a consistent career background.
- Passionate about offering first-rate service to your guests.
- High volume experience with over 400 covers.
- Managed teams of over 40 with a focus on team growth.
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience as a floor manager who leads from the front.
