Current experience as a store manager in a fast food setting is required. The candidate must be able to go to Hemel Hempstead or be ready to relocate. Visa sponsorship is also available to the suitable candidates.
- Employee recruitment, induction, and training/development in accordance with the Subway® brand’s training criteria – you will set an example!
- Creating and monitoring worker schedules
- Checking in delivery, order matching, and everyday banking
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for stock and sales. Prepare employee pay and timesheets.
- Manage financial balances and minimise waste.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Subway® and council rules.
- Perform inventory management and stock control, including weekly stocktakes and reporting.
- Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to enhance your business.
- Direct and carry out housekeeping tasks, such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
- Implement in-store marketing materials and POP in accordance with the campaigns.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed to avoid injury.
- Provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Promote and encourage staff to provide high-quality customer service.
- Handle unresolved or escalated consumer complaints.
- Provide a high level of service when dealing with items, sales, queries, and meeting client needs.
You may be a Catering Manager, Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager right now, or you could be an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager looking to advance your career. If you have previous managerial experience in a fast-paced retail setting, we want to hear from you!
