• Position: Halal Butcher/Meat Cutter.

• Employer: Ethnic Food Wholesale & Retail

• Location: Swansea, South Wales.

• Salaries range from £28,000 to £30,000.

• Working days and hours: 40-48 hours in a six-day week.

• Benefits: 28 days paid vacation (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution.

A reputable Asian food wholesale and retail firm in Swansea is looking for a highly skilled all-around Halal Butcher who will play an important part in guaranteeing the quality and freshness of our meat products. Expertise in food preparation, butchery, and culinary skills will help our kitchen succeed overall. Passionate about offering high-quality meat products, with exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

The duties and obligations outlined above include:

• Prepare and cut meat items according on customer requests and business standards.

• Maintain the quality and freshness of all beef products.

• Follow food safety and sanitation rules at every stage of food preparation and production.

• Keep a clean and organised work area.

• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.

• Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and helping with meat selection.

To be eligible for selection, you must meet the following minimal requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

• Experience and understanding of Halal meat requirements.

• UKVI’s Skilled Worker visa criteria

• Awareness of cultural biases and practices, if applicable.

• References will verify extensive experience at the needed skill level.
