About You:

The post is ideal for an experienced Manager with a rigorous eye for detail who can operate their own team, aid in team management, and help coordinate restaurant operations during their shift. As a rapidly expanding QSR concept, there will be ample opportunities for advancement in this position.

  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience as a manager or assistant manager and three years in the food and beverage/service business.
  • Be an excellent team leader and player.
  • Be a hands-on approach.
  • Good knowledge of human resources, health and safety, and food hygiene.
  • Knowledge about Epos setup.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomatic in dealing with staff and clients.
  • experience with new openings

 

About the role:

 

  • manage the performance of the eatery.
  • Anticipating pressure points before they occur
  • Improve sales and profitability.
  • Help to organise marketing efforts, promotions, and discount schemes.

 

  • Work hard to meet the targets set by senior management.
  • Help to Plan and Coordinate Staff
  • Help train, manage, and inspire employees.
  • Meet and welcome customers, and provide menu guidance.
  • Help the COO build the company.
