If you have a current United Kingdom work visa, dependant visa, or student visa and are looking for a new employer who meets the criteria listed below, please submit your application.

As a direct sponsor, we wish to emphasise that we are not an agency; nevertheless, we do use an agent to expedite the application process. Candidates must meet the current UK visa criteria, and you will be responsible for covering the fees of your personal UK visa application. Rest assured that as your employment sponsor, we will cover all visa sponsorship fees, including the immigration skills charge.

Our major goal is to provide quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, allowing them to remain independent for as long as possible. Care Assistants play an important role in helping clients with personal care duties like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and housekeeping chores, as well as offering needed companionship.

To work in our domiciliary care company, applicants must have previous care experience in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for both business and personal use. We travel throughout the local community to visit clients.

Minimum Requirements for Care Workers:

– Ability to drive using your own automobile

– Get business insurance.

– Use of the company’s care system to record calls and information

– Proficient in both written and spoken English for successful communication.

– A commitment to staying current with all essential training.

– Demonstrated capacity to remain calm, patient, and understanding of service users’ needs.

– Be available to work alternate weekends.

– Employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks, and suitable references.

Visa Requirements:

– Possession of a minimum Level 2 healthcare diploma (or equivalent) or a minimum of one year of experience as a senior carer or care assistant.

– Possess a current UK driver’s licence (international licences may be accepted in specific circumstances).

– Submit a complete and up-to-date CV with no educational, employment, or work gaps.

– Proficient in English language skills, including high-quality speaking, reading, and writing.

What We Offer to Successful Candidates:

– Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, with sponsored care workers averaging 150 hours per month. The remuneration will be paid monthly, with a fixed annual income of £20,960.You can work additional hours at a rate of £11.50 per hour.
