IT Technician

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician to provide essential IT support across all teaching, research, and administrative functions within the department. This role will be split equally between the Department of Genetics and the Bioinformatics Training Facility (BTF), which operates within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line IT support for staff and students.
- Assist in maintaining robust IT services for teaching, research, and administrative activities.
- Work closely with the IT Managers in the department and BTF to address technical challenges.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and users.
