About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Partner Manager to join our London office and take on a pivotal leadership role within our Strategic Accounts team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong client relationships, and has a track record of guiding high-performing sales teams. Experience in performance marketing or broader digital media will help you excel.

What You’ll Do

As the Client Partner Manager, you will:

Lead & Inspire

  • Guide, coach, and empower a team of Client Partners to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Motivate your team to deliver high-quality work grounded in Apple’s values and customer-first approach.

Drive Growth

  • Oversee long-term revenue and business development across a varied client portfolio in EMEA, including Finance, Productivity, P&V, and Education sectors.
  • Work closely with your platform specialist counterpart to shape and execute short- and long-term strategies for the team.

Strengthen Client Relationships

  • Meet with senior stakeholders to deepen partnerships and demonstrate the value Apple Ads brings to their business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, spotting opportunities to enhance performance and collaboration.

Champion Excellence

  • Provide continuous feedback, mentoring, and coaching to elevate your team’s skills and outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders across Apple Ads to launch new go-to-market initiatives and share insights on progress.

Collaborate Across the Organisation

  • Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to keep priorities aligned and deliver cohesive results.
  • Advocate for an exceptional customer experience and act as a positive catalyst for improvement.

 

Minimum Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong digital media expertise online, in-app, video, search, and display—with emphasis on performance marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing sales environment with cross-functional partnerships.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and guide both teams and clients.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into compelling narratives.
  • A successful history of selling to and engaging with senior executives.
  • A deep commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences across a diverse client landscape.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in an additional European language.
  • A genuine appreciation for Apple culture, teamwork, and people development.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions in a constantly evolving industry.
