Located in Tees Valley, Bazaar aims to set the standard for exceptional dining experiences with a 360° open kitchen concept that allows you to showcase your skills in a vibrant atmosphere.

As the Head Chef, you will have the chance to create innovative menus, manage a talented team, and lead the restaurant to becoming the best in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Culinary Team: Inspire and manage a brigade of chefs, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Menu Innovation: Create and develop menus that reflect Bazaar’s commitment to delivering fresh, innovative, and delicious dishes.
  • Food Preparation Oversight: Ensure consistency and excellence in every dish, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to source premium ingredients and maintain the highest quality of food.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the management team to enhance the restaurant’s offerings and improve the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef and a total of 7 years in professional cooking.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Culinary Excellence: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and a passion for creating unforgettable dishes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving setting, delivering consistent results.
