Hairdressers Wanted – Join Our Team in Kristiansand!

Cut’n Go at Sørlandssenteret is on the lookout for talented hairdressers to strengthen our creative crew. Our Kristiansand branch is currently home to one general manager and three passionate stylists who are dedicated, ambitious, and eager to welcome new colleagues into the fold.

We’re building more than just hairstyles—we’re building a workplace where both employees and customers feel at home. Now we’re hoping you’ll bring your skills and personality to the mix and help us keep our salon thriving.

• Base Salary: Hairdresser tariff with security and stability
• Holiday Pay: All red days are paid
• Surcharges: Evening and holiday rates according to tariff

Commissions:

• Treatments: 40–45%
• Retail products: 6–15%
• Management supplements according to chain standards

What We’re Looking For

• Certified hairdresser (Journeyman’s certificate)
• Strong communication in Norwegian or English
• Service-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic
• Creative spark and love for the craft
• Motivation to work in a tight-knit, positive team
