Key Responsibilities

As a Counsellor/Therapist with Lavendla Therapy, you will:

• Provide in-person therapy sessions for individuals and couples.
• Offer guidance, tools, and support to clients facing life’s challenges.
• Utilize your expertise to help clients achieve their personal goals.
• Manage your schedule and client sessions independently through our platform.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practising counsellor or therapist.
• Completed documented training in your area of expertise.
• Availability to provide in-person therapy in London, Birmingham, or Manchester.
• Passionate about supporting clients and delivering exceptional care.
