About the Role

Guthrie Hancock Primary Care is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to build a full-spectrum outpatient practice serving patients from birth through geriatrics in the welcoming communities of Hancock and the surrounding Broome, Delaware, and Sullivan counties.

As a Guthrie Primary Care provider, you will deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with Guthrie Specialists through a robust referral network, supported by advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and administration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $275,000 annually
• Starting Bonus: $100,000
• Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000
• Referral Bonus: $10,000 for successful candidate referrals

Work-Life Balance

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• 36 patient-facing hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
• Generous PTO: 35 days annually
• CME: $3,500 allowance for conferences, certifications, and memberships
• Rotating phone call-only schedule
