Application and Selection Process

Our recruitment process is transparent and efficient:

3. Information session: Attend a Monday session that includes testing and a first interview with an Active Recruiter.

4. Factory tour: If successful, you’ll be invited for a tour on Wednesday at 8 a.m. followed by a short discussion with Jan (Production Manager) and Annelies (HR Manager), accompanied by our recruiter, Tonnie.

5. Final decision: You’ll be informed within 48 hours whether you can start work.
