Position Details:

Working Hours:

  • 9 to 10 hours per day (subject to seasonal variations).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to stringent health and safety standards.
  • Perform tasks associated with Electrical Lineman duties, including:
    • Rigging tasks.
    • Blocking and suspension assignments.
    • Earthing-related work.
    • Jumpering tasks.
    • In-situ steel replacement.
  • Accurately interpret technical drawings.
  • Maintain a hardworking and conscientious attitude.
  • Work effectively in teams and support managerial decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.
  • Previous experience working at height.
  • Hands-on experience with HV Transmission Lines.
  • Familiarity with High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
  • Knowledge of tower assembly techniques.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations.
  • Valid UK driving license (conversion support available).

  • Eligibility under the Skilled Worker Visa requirements:
    • Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., UKVI IELTS).
    • Clear tuberculosis test results (if applicable).
