Company Overview:

Skills Provision is recruiting experienced Electrical Linemen on behalf of a UK-based employer. The company is dedicated to respecting and professionally supporting its workforce.

Working Hours:

  • Between 9 and 10 hours per day (subject to seasonal variations)
  • Flexible working patterns based on target achievement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high health and safety standards
  • Perform duties typical of an Electrical Lineman, including:
    • Rigging tasks
    • Blocking and suspension assignments
    • Earthing-related work
    • Jumpering tasks
    • In-situ steel replacement
  • Accurately interpret technical drawings
  • Demonstrate a hardworking and conscientious approach
  • Support and collaborate with team members and management

Candidate Requirements:
Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman
  • Experience working at height
  • Hands-on experience with HV Transmission Lines
  • Familiarity with High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing
  • Knowledge of tower assembly techniques

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations
  • A valid UK driving license (conversion support available)
