The Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic Education team. This role involves working collaboratively across the College and with external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful online learning content.
As the E-Learning Developer, you will:
- Design & Develop: Create SCORM-based e-learning courses and resources using tools like Adapt, Articulate Storyline, and Rise, adhering to adult learning principles.
- Content Management: Edit and update existing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- User Engagement: Support feedback processes by collecting and analyzing data from the College’s learning platform.
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver concurrent projects effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold data security and accessibility standards when handling course materials and user information.
What You’ll Bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content and using tools such as Adapt, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.
- Design Skills: Proficiency with graphic design, video/audio editing software, and instructional design methodologies.
- Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: A self-driven attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
