Overview:

Keap’s Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Designer to take ownership of the creative strategy for all digital collateral. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, developers, and stakeholders, driving web and digital experiences that increase customer acquisition and revenue. Reporting to the Senior Director of Content & Creative, you will be responsible for bringing strategic ideas to life through conversion-focused, brand-aligned design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of design strategy, creating innovative digital experiences across platforms.
• Maintain and iterate on the web component system and propose new design projects that align with team goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Push creative boundaries with fresh digital design ideas that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct design research and production to exceed project expectations.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, including web components, social media graphics, e-guides, email banners, and brand collateral.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing human-centered, empathetic design processes.
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Skilled in end-to-end landing page development, from concept to execution.
• Expertise in crafting a compelling design narrative and producing high-quality assets.
• Experience with micro-interactions (After Effects and Lottie) and familiarity with CSS/Javascript is a bonus.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Transparent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
