Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and methodical End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of Microsoft and Apple Modern Desktop solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, developing EUC solutions, and ensuring these solutions are secure, efficient, and user-friendly. The position also requires identifying inefficiencies, resolving issues, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new EUC solutions.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and security of current EUC solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in EUC technologies.
  • Maintain and improve EUC documentation and best practices.

About You:

We are looking for a versatile individual with a strong background in EUC technologies, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to shape key technologies that support our community. Reporting to the EUC Team Manager, you will influence technical direction and contribute to solution development and support.
