Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee civil infrastructure projects, including bulk earthworks, concrete works, and road construction.
  • Lead teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) to project sites as required, ensuring effective management of on-site activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure and large-scale project management.
  • Expertise in earthworks, concrete and road projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.
  • A sincere commitment to safety, quality, and achieving project goals.
  • Ability to fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) to various project locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
